WORKS Entertainment Artist Roster as of June 1, 2021

Straight No Chaser - (Pop/A Cappella - PDF one sheet)

  • Released their newest single Leave The Door Open on Friday, May 14. 
  • Announced Back In the High Life, a fifty show fall tour beginning in Prior Lake, MN on October 22, 2021 and ending in Phoenix, AZ on December 31, 2021. Additional dates to be announced.
  • Completed a livestream concert series at The Theater at MGM National Harbor with Special Guests Tim Foust and Austin Brown of Home Free. 
  • Released music video for You Get What You Give featuring local heroes giving back to the community during the pandemic.

  • Land of the Free - Featuring music that celebrates the spirit of our country in an attempt to draw Americans closer together, will release on June 25th and will feature collaborations with Don McLean, Lee Greenwood, Jeffrey East, and the United States Air Force Band

  • The winner of four Telly Awards including:

  • Tim and Austin will perform 3 livestream concerts 5/13-5/16 at The Theater at MGM National Harbor and will be featured guests on Straight No Chaser's livestream sets as well.

We hope you are doing well. It is a difficult time for many people right now, but we're inspired and motivated by the action for positive change all around us. We were proud to participate in Black Out Tuesday in support of our friends in the Black community, but hope it is only a continued step in efforts to make real, permanent change.

WORKS is proud to announce that we have added T.3 to our artist roster. The "TikTok Tenors", consisting of singers Jim Hogan, Liam Fennecken, and Brendan Jacob Smith, have found their voice and an enthralled audience on TikTok, where they've quickly earned over 10 million views. We're excited to introduce their talents to the world.

We are watching the COVID-19 situation closely in regards to tour dates and performing live again. Many of our artists have rescheduled shows for 2021. and we are carefully considering fall/winter 2020 dates for a few of our artists. We all look forward to returning to normal, but want to ensure the safety of our fans, artists, and crew before making any final decisions.

Instead of being on stage in Pittsburgh this Friday night, one week into a planned 70+-date coast-to-coast concert tour set up to launch his milestone twentieth album release, the aptly titled “XX” (Roman numerals for twenty), R&B/jazz/funk multi-instrumentalist Brian Culbertson will be home, marking the occasion by hanging out with a glass of wine and entertaining fans via his popular Facebook Live broadcast “Friday Night Studio Hang” (8pm ET/5pm PT).

Brass Against Announces Debut Brass Against EP Out April 10th, 2020

February 28, 2020 – Brooklyn, NY – Sexy and sassy, brash and belligerent - brass-fueled hardcore band Brass Against is excited to announce their debut Brass Against EP. Set to be released on April 10th, Brass Against EP is the band’s first original work following their inventive covers of Rage Against The Machine, Tool, and more. “Brass Against relies on the dedicated individualism of our members to do what we do. Therefore, we embrace everyone’s freedom of speech and expression, regardless of our differences,” adds vocalist Sophia Urista. “While we believe that anger, questioning authority, & fighting for freedom are vitally meaningful ways of expressing ourselves in society, we also hope to portray the absolute importance of acceptance, vulnerability, togetherness, excellence, curiosity & love. When our fans hear the new EP we want them to, ultimately, feel a connection (through our stories) to the strength within themselves, and thereby, those around them.”

Brass Against is a collective of artists, led and curated by Brad Hammonds, who share in the goal of creating brass protest music that calls fans to action.

Brass Against was formed in 2017 due to the political climate and feeling there was a real need for politically charged music. In the summer of 2017, Brad Hammonds met with Andrew Gutauskas (Baritone Sax and Musical director), played through a few Rage Against The Machine tunes, called their friends to help create a video, and Brass Against was born.

Brass Against has since toured Europe twice, including 12 sold out shows on their first outing in early 2019. Additional appearances include various festivals including Boomtown, Pukkelpop, Wacken, Download Madrid, and more, as well as an opening for Lenny Kravitz at the O2 Arena.

The collective will start off strong in 2020 with shows in Australia, festivals in New Zealand (Splore and Electric Avenue) and Indonesia (Java Jazz Festival), a Europe for headlining shows this March, and are scheduled for performances at U.S. festivals Epicenter, Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple, Ferndale Spring return to Fever, Rocklahoma, and Summer Camp Music Festival.

Over the past two years, Brass Against has released three full length albums including renditions of songs from Rage Against The Machine, Tool, Audioslave, and more, featuring vocals from Sophia Urista, Liza Colby, Samuel Hope, and more.

The group is gearing up to release original music this spring with Sophia Urista on vocals. “This EP marks our first foray into writing after doing interpretations of others' songs for the last two years,” shares Hammonds. “We can't wait to release these three tracks and to continue writing and recording. The process has been the most rewarding thus far. 

He continues: “Amidst the turbulent, divisive political landscape, the constant barrage of content and our own unsteady minds we remind the listener with heavy guitars, a huge brass section, and screaming vocals to 'Just Breathe'."

WORKS artists have hit the ground running in 2020, and we're excited for new music and events in the coming months. It's already proven to be a busy year.
  • Music is scheduled for release from Brian Culbertson, Striking Matches, Brass Against, and Morgan James (new album Memphis Magnetic out now!)
  • Brian Newman was featured prominently in Las Vegas' new commercial and ad campaign "What Happens Here Only Happens Here", which aired during The Grammys, The Bachelor, and the Super Bowl

  • 2020 “XX” Tour on sale now -- 65+ shows from coast-to-coast in North America beginning April 1
  • 9th annual Napa Valley Jazz Getaway returns in June 2020 featuring Boney James, Take 6, DW3, and more, tickets on sale now
  • Chicago Jazz Getaway festival will return in 2020 featuring Avery*Sunshine with more to be announced, tickets on sale now
